Rates - $140 per session for 50 minutes

Insurance

Services in most cases are covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a participant provider for most insurance companies, i.e., Blue Cross & Blue Shield, PPO, PPOM, Value Options, Aetna, etc.  Since I am a provider and participant in virtually all insurance programs, I am obligated by contract to accept their fee schedule.  In this situation, I accept their fee plus any co-payment which is the responsibility of the client. For those who have no insurance, a fee can be determined by discussing the matter with your therapist. To have more detailed information about your insurance benefits, contact your provider and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis to those with no insurance.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
